What’s collected

The only personal data collected on this site is what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, the inquiry type you select (consulting, advisory, cofounding, speaking, press, or other), how you heard about this site, and your message. All five fields are required to submit the form. There are no user accounts and no user-generated content anywhere else on the site.

How a submission is processed

When you submit the contact form, the fields above are sent to a server-side function that:

  1. Validates the submission and checks it isn’t spam.
  2. Routes it to one of two inboxes depending on the inquiry type you selected — consulting, advisory, cofounding, and speaking inquiries route to an Al-kimi LLC inbox; general, press, and other inquiries route to a personal inbox.
  3. Sends it as an email via Resend, a transactional-email provider, which delivers it to the relevant inbox above. Resend acts as a data processor for this delivery and briefly handles the submitted content in transit; it is not used for marketing and does not receive any other site data.

Your email address is also set as the reply-to address on that email, so a reply goes directly to you.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It’s cookie-free, doesn’t track you across other sites, and doesn’t run any client-side script that fingerprints your browser or device.

Third parties

Beyond Cloudflare Web Analytics and Resend (described above), no data is shared with any third party. There are no ad networks and no third-party embeds on this site beyond standard outbound links to profiles (ORCID, Google Scholar, LinkedIn, and similar).

Data retention and removal

Contact-form submissions are retained as email in the relevant inbox for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, then deleted at the site owner’s discretion. This site does not currently publish a standalone contact email address. To request that a submission be deleted, submit the contact form with “Other” selected as the inquiry type and state your request in the message — it will be honored.
